Our 4 Steps to finding your perfect employee

Let us take you through our recruitment process. 

After you have completed our intake form, providing essential details about the position you wish to fill, we will schedule a call with you. This call will allow us to get to know you better so that we can find the perfect match for your position.

We conduct a thorough interview process with all potential candidates and then present you with a small selection of the best fits for your position. Following this, we are happy to arrange group calls or trial dates to further assist you in the selection process.

Using the information gathered from the form and our call, we will search through our database of hand-selected grooms and riders to find your perfect match. If we do not currently have the right fit in our database, we will create a professional advertisement for your position, which will be posted on our website and social media.

After you have selected one or more candidates, we offer a two-week trial. We believe it’s essential to assess whether your new employee is the right fit for your day-to-day operations
